Particulate
Matter (PM10) and Air Pollution in Kathmandu — A Research
Particulate Matter of less than 10 microns in size
(PM10) is a source of air pollution. It is present
at a significant level in Kathmandu Valley's air quality.
Even though substantial investment has been made to
improve the city’s air quality, no improvement
has been realized as yet. COMMITTED conducted a research
to determine if construction related dust particles
was one of the sources of pollution and also approximated
its magnitude.
